What You’ll Need to Give the Gift of OLLI

Thank you for choosing to share the Gift of OLLI — a membership that opens the door to lifelong learning opportunities at The University of Alabama.

Before completing the online form, please have the following information ready:

1. Gift Selection
   • Choose the type of gift you’d like to give:
     • OLLI Membership (valid August–July of the current membership year)
     • Course Package (applies to the upcoming semester only)
   Example: If you purchase on December 11, 2025, the membership will be valid for August 1, 2025 – July 31, 2026, and the course package will apply to Spring 2026 courses.
2. Purchaser Information
   • Your full name
   • Mailing address
   • Phone number
   • Email address
   (This allows OLLI to confirm your purchase and send a receipt.)
3. Gift Recipient Information
   • Recipient’s full name
   • Mailing address
   • Phone number
   • Email address
   (This ensures the membership or course package is assigned to the correct individual.)
4. Certificate Delivery
   • Choose who should receive the certificate — the purchaser or the recipient.
   • Select how the certificate should be delivered:
     • Email (PDF attachment)
     • Mail (physical certificate sent by USPS)
   Note: Only one standard certificate design is currently available.
5. Payment method: You may mail a check made payable to “OLLI at UA” to Box 870388, Tuscaloosa, AL 35487. Or you may call OLLI Registration Services at 205-348-3000 to provide a credit‐card payment.
6. Please indicate if you would like your gift to be anonymous, or if you would like your name (or memorial/honorary designation) to appear in donor listings.
7. Optional: If you are planning a larger or planned gift (bequest, endowment, etc.), please let us know so we may connect you with the appropriate OLLI staff or development office.
