OLLI at UA’s Bryant Conference Center: Frequently Asked Questions

• Capstone Parking Deck: 921 2nd Ave, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401
  
  Your OLLI parking permit allows access to the deck or the surface lot across from it. The gate reads your hang tag automatically; press the call button for assistance if needed.
• ADA Parking: Available at the Bryant Conference Center lot (240 Paul W. Bryant Dr.) for members with both ADA credentials and a UA permit.

• Use the main entrance facing UA Alumni Hall—just “follow the red brick road.”
• You may also enter from the courtyard between the Bryant Museum and the hotel.

• Check the Digital Welcome Boards to your left as you enter the BCC lobby for OLLI class locations. The OLLI board is the one on the far right of that wall.
• Visit the OLLI Information Desk for assistance.
• Be sure to pick up your OLLI name badge and lanyard at the OLLI office.
• Most classes are on the second floor.
• Location changes will be announced in class, via email, and by text.

Yes—around the corner from the OLLI Office, across from the restrooms.

Yes—complimentary beverages are available during class sessions and breaks.

No—food and snacks are not provided for OLLI. Any refreshments you see have been arranged and paid for by other groups. Please don’t take items not designated for OLLI.

• Bring your lunch—many eat in the 2nd floor balcony lobby.
• Legends Bistro at Hotel Capstone: 10% OLLI discount + punch card rewards.
