Attending an OLLI class at the Bryant Conference Center (BCC) is a first-class experience! Read below for “need to know” information. You may also visit this amateur video guide for OLLI members.

  • Where Do I Park?
    • Capstone Parking Deck: 921 2nd Ave, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401
      Your OLLI parking permit allows access to the deck or the surface lot across from it. The gate reads your hang tag automatically; press the call button for assistance if needed.
    • ADA Parking: Available at the Bryant Conference Center lot, 240 Paul W. Bryant Drive, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401.
  • Where Do I Enter and Find My Class?
    • Use the main entrance facing UA Alumni Hall—just “follow the red brick road.”
    • You may also enter BCC from the courtyard between the Bryant Museum and hotel.
  • What Do I Do Next?
    • Check the Welcome Boards to the left in the BCC lobby for OLLI class locations.
    • Visit the OLLI Information Desk for assistance.
    • Be sure to pick up your OLLI name badge and lanyard at the OLLI office.
    • Most classes are on the second floor.
    • Location changes will be announced in class, via email, and by text.
  • Is There an Elevator?
    • Yes, around the corner from the OLLI Office (across from the restrooms).
  • Are Beverages Provided?
    • Complimentary beverages are available during class sessions and breaks.
  • Lunch Options Nearby
    • OLLI members are welcome to bring their lunch. They often sit on the 2nd floor balcony to eat.
    • Legends Bistro at Hotel Capstone: OLLI members get a 10% discount and a free meal after 10 with a punch card.
    • Moody Music Hall Café also offers dining options.
  • Can I Still Register?
    • Yes! Register for more courses, field trips, and socials by calling 205-348-6482 option 2. Leave one message, and our team will return your call.
  • Are Conference Center Buffets for OLLI members?
    • No, buffets at the Bryant Conference Center are for other events.
